Click on Add a Jobboard plugin 
Click on Search for Candidate in left pane
Enter Name and Click on Search button
Click on Candidate Name.
Click on Star icon 
to Favorite the Resume.
Click on Note icon
.
Enter Note and Click on Submit button
Click on Download Resume button 
.
