As default, the first row's will be highlighted and that Case information will be displayed in the Right Side grid view - Members, Alerts, Remedies, Data Quality, Action Items & Case Workers.
Case Layout for Case with Orders:
It displays the following details in the grid,
- Case ID
- Case Type
- Order ID
- Recovery Indicator
- W/A Indicator
- Bankruptcy Indicator
- Owned - MSO, OOA, Balance
- Paid towards - MSO, Arrears for Current month & Previous month
- Hold - Receipt Hold & Disbursement Hold
- Review - Reviewed By, Reviewed.
Case Layout for Case without Orders:
It displays the following details in the grid,
- Case ID
- Case Type
- Date Opened
- EST Type
- Interstate IND
- NCP/PF Located
- Case Opened
- NCP Locate
- Review - Reviewed By, Reviewed.
On clicking the accordion icon on each, case list will expand and show following 6 tabs,
- Members
- Alerts
- Remedies
- Data Quality
- Action items
- Case Workers
Members Tab:
Members tab will display the CP, NCP/PF and Dependent member details. On right click on the Member ID, it provides navigation to ARCSIS screenAlerts Tab: Alerts Tab will display all the active alerts present in the selected case.
Remedies:
Remedies tab will display all the active remedies present for the selected case in the enforcement and establishment modules. We can view the Remedy name, activity name and Wait time by role details in the remedies tab grid.
Remedies tab has following categories,
- Active Remedies
- Eligible Remedies Not started
- Not Eligible Remedies
Data Quality:
Data Quality tab will display all data quality issue attributes which present in the selected case (This displays data in the Payments & Holds section - "Changes to Data Quality" grid).
Action Items: Action Item tab will display all the action items attributes which present in the selected case.
Case Workers: Case Workers tab will display all the connected workers for the selected case. The case workers grid section will display worker Id and Area of the worker.
