Changing Lanes: is a low interest loan program for the purchase of vehicles. We seek to help people with low to moderate incomes obtain reliable transportation for work, school etc. Our partnership with First National Bank and reputable dealerships is designed to help people avoid deceptive business practices and predatory lending. Problems such as bad credit will not prevent people from qualifying. All qualified applicants will receive a free credit review with a counselor as part of the loan agreement. We also offer low interest loans to purchase scooters. For people who do not need, or cannot afford a car, a scooter is a necessary first step to independence.
