Description
We offer Pregnancy Case Management for women who need assistance throughout their pregnancy until their newborn reaches the age of 2. Clients must be pregnant at the time of their intake into the program.
Services include:
Emergency Baby Kits, Pregnancy Nutrition Education, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Enrollment, Job Readiness, Temporary Housing, Parenting Classes.
Pregnancy Case Management is only available in the Pee Dee office at this time. More locations offering this service are coming soon.
