Provides assistance with home weatherization, rent payment and utility bill payment assistance. Also offers emergency shelter. Only electric bill payment funding NOW is for Seniors and the Disabled through Project Deserve for ENTERGY customers only. When funds are available will assist with utilities for all income eligible.
