Jefferson Regional Medical Center (Jrmc) - Volunteer Program
Description
Providing special caring hospice services through a Medicare certified, state licensed program to patients who have a terminal illness in their home. Provided through a physician guided interdisciplinary group of nurses, home health aides, social workers, counselors and volunteers to patients and their families. The program also covers medications, medical equipment and provides bereavement to the family/caregiver after the patient dies.
